Our Sterilized Certified-Organic Rye Berries are locally sourced, and hand-packed in authentic Unicorn 4T bags in front of our Industrial-size flow hood after they’ve gone through a triple rinse cycle and heated to precision.  

We do small batch lots to ensure you get the best hydrated and clean grains every time.  After sterilization at 15psi for 120 minutes, they are set in quarantine for seven days while monitoring for Quality Control.
