Welcome to Purespawn. This website (www.purespawn.com) is operated by PureSpawn LLC. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PureSpawn LLC. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.


1. Sterility & Product Bio-Security Guarantee
Condition Upon Arrival: We guarantee that all sterile grain bags, substrates, aio bags/kits and liquid culture (LC) premixes leave our facility 100% sterile, unpunctured, and contamination-free.
  •  Customer Inspection: You must inspect all sterile items immediately upon delivery before inoculation. If you notice a broken seal, puncture, or visible contamination upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Post-Inoculation Void: Once an item has been unsealed, opened, or inoculated (injected with spores or culture), our sterility guarantee is completely void. We have no control over your home environment, clean-room techniques, or the sterility of your genetics.

2. Limitation of Liability & Growth Disclaimers
  • No Growth Guarantees: Purespawn sells the foundational mediums for mycology. We do not guarantee successful mushroom growth, colonization speeds, or harvest yields. Cultivation success depends entirely on user technique, environmental factors, and genetic quality.
  • Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Purespawn, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost harvest, or cost of ruined genetics—arising from your use of our products. Our maximum liability to you will never exceed the exact purchase price of the specific product ordered.

3. Shipping, Perishables, and Transit Risks
  • Perishable Nature: Sterile grains and hydrated substrates are perishable items. They must be stored properly or used promptly upon arrival.
  • Shipping Delays: While we ship items promptly, Purespawn is not liable for carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx delays), weather disruptions, or lost packages. Grains that spoil due to extended carrier transit times must be handled via shipping insurance claims, where applicable. 
  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.

4. Returns & Cancellations
  • Return Policy: All returns are governed by our strict [Link to Return Policy]. Opened, unsealed, or inoculated items are strictly non-returnable.
  • Order Cancellations: Because we prep and sterilize grain and substrate fresh to order, order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Legality & Intended Use
  • Gourmet & Medicinal Use Only: All Purespawn cultivation products, all-in-one (AIO) bags, and AIO tubs are marketed, intended, and sold strictly for the cultivation of legal, gourmet, and medicinal mushroom species.
  • Compliance with Laws: By purchasing from this Site, you agree that you will use our products in full compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws.

6. Shopify Platform & Payment Processing
  • Platform Hosting: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
  • Accuracy of Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized transactions.
