Purespawn Return Policy:
At Purespawn LLC, we maintain the highest industry standards for sterility and bio-security.  Because our products include sterile grain bags, substrates, and liquid culture premix, any exposure to outside environments compromises their integrity.  For this reason, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive 100% uncontaminated, premium-grade supplies.

📋 Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return and full product refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Completely Unopened:  The original factory seal, vacuum seal, or tape must be fully intact.
  • Unused Condition:  The item must be in the exact condition you received it, with zero modifications.
  • Complete Components:  All items from all-in-one kits and tubs must be present. We do not accept partial returns or items with missing components.
  • Timeframe:  Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or inoculated.
  • Substrates or grains showing signs of user-inflicted tearing, puncture, or improper storage after delivery.
  • Items returned with missing parts, pieces, or hardware.
  • Final sale merchandise.

📦 Shipping & Fees
  • Return Shipping:  Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking:  We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

⚙️ How to Initiate a Returns
  1. Contact our support team at Support@Purespawn.com with your order number.
  2. Provide clear photos of the unopened product to verify the seals are intact.
  3. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping address.  Do not mail items back without prior authorization.
